Does the person I share with need an app?
No. Your card opens in their phone's normal web browser. They can save your contact with one tap.
Will it work on my phone, and my customers' phones?
Yes. It works on any iPhone or Android phone with a web browser, and on computers too. Nothing to install.
Is a digital card better for the environment?
It cuts out the printing, the reprints every time something changes, the delivery, and the cards that end up in the bin. A digital card isn't zero-impact, because phones and websites use electricity too, but one card that we update online replaces box after box of paper over the years.
Why pay when there are free card apps?
Free apps give you a basic template and leave the setup to you. We design your card in your branding, set it up and update it whenever something changes. Professional adds your Google review link, a brochure and a WhatsApp "Leave your details" button. You pay in Rands and deal with a real person.
Can customers send me their details?
Yes, on Professional and Teams. Your card gets a "Leave your details" button: customers fill in their name, number and what they need, and we email it to you straight away. WhatsApp also opens for them, so they can message you directly. Every lead is listed in your monthly report too.
How do I know if my card is working?
On the 1st of every month we email you a short report: how many times your card was opened, whether by link, QR code or NFC tap, and on Professional and Teams, the leads it brought in.
What if I have no signal?
We give you an offline QR code to keep in your photos. When someone scans it, your name, number, email and card link go straight into their contacts, with no internet needed on either phone. The QR code on your card works the same way.
How do I share my card?
Send your link on WhatsApp or email, add it to your email signature and social media profiles, or show your QR code on your phone for someone to scan. NFC phone stickers, so you can share with a tap, are coming soon as an add-on.
What if my number or job changes?
Send us a WhatsApp and we update your card. Your link and QR code stay the same and show the new details.
How long does it take?
Once we have your details and photo, we send you a private preview to approve. Your card goes live as soon as you say yes.
What happens if I stop paying?
We pause your card, and the link shows that the card isn't available. Pick up your subscription again and it comes straight back.
Can you do cards for my whole team?
Yes. Your team gets one company design, each person gets their own card under your company's link, and we add or remove staff for you.
